TWO LANAO SUR TOWNS BENEFITTED FROM A FREE CERVICAL CANCER VAX

By: The Mindanao Today (News) LANAO DEL SUR — 200 women from Lumba Bayabao and Pagayawan towns in Lanao del Sur received free Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines provided from the Cervical Cancer Awareness and Vaccination  program conducted by the Office of MP Diamila Disimban-Ramos in partnership with the LDS' Integrated Provincial Health Office (IPHO) and the said LGUs. The two-day vaccination program was held earlier this March at the Municipal Hall of Lumba Bayabao and in Brgy. Ngingir, Sitio Ambary Gymnasium in Pagayawan was in solidarity with the 2023 National Women's Month and aimed to extend assistance to the constituents of the Bangsamoro Region, especially to women and vulnerable sectors who have limited access to medical services. BARMM EXTENDS FREE MEDICAL SERVICES TO LANAO DEL SUR RESIDENTS

By: The Mindanao Today (News) LANAO DEL SUR – More than 700 residents of Taraka and Tamparan town in Lanao Del Sur received free medical services from the Office of Bangsamoro Member of Parliament Diamila Disimban-Ramos in partnership with BARMM’s Ministry of Health (MOH). The two-day ‘Anogon Ko Pagtaw: Medical Outreach Program’ is in solidarity with the celebration of the 2023 National Women's Month and aims to help and provide services to the Bangsamoro people, especially the vulnerable sectors who have limited access to medical services. The Medical Outreach Program, which was held earlier in March in Barangay Calupaan Carandangan in Taraka and the Municipal Gymnasium in Tamparan, provided free medical consultations as well as medicines and vitamins. BARMM KICKS-OFF 6-YEAR 'REHAB PLAN' FOR PAENG-HIT AREAS

 By: The Mindanao Today (News) Courtesy from Bangsamoro Government and BPDA Bangsamoro Government successfully kicked off the formulation of the Bangsamoro Rehabilitation and Recovery Plan Re: Super Typhoon Storm Paeng (BRRP Re STS PAENG) 2023-2028 during a 3-day write shop on March 20-22, 2023 held in this city. In partnership with the World Bank, the Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority (BPDA) thru the Peace, Public Order, Safety and Security Division (PPOSSD) spearheaded the crafting of the six (6) years plan. The activity was participated by representatives from the ministries, offices, agencies of the regional government, and some local government units (LGUs). 9 NEW BARANGAY HALLS TO RISE IN SULU

On March 19, S inarimbo said that a conducive office for the barangay officials will help them be more motivated in serving the Bangsamoro constituents. “This is in support of the Balik Barangay Program aimed at returning all IDPs in their villages in Patikul after their long displacement because of the fight against the Abu Sayaf,” Sinarimbo said.
